Mini Custard Sweet Corn Steam Buns

Dough:
Wheat Flour (60.2%), Water, Sugar Vegetable Base Shortening (Palm Stearin), Yeast and Raising Aagent (Baking Powder: E500).
Filling:
Water, Sugar, Kernel Corn (20%), Corn Flour, Milk Powder, Modified Starch (E1422), Margarine, Custard Powder (1%), Salt, Vanilla, Sweet Corn Flavouring and Permitted Colouring (E102 &E124).
Contains Wheat Gluten and Milk.

Steaming:
Remove the wrapper and arrange on a plate.
Steam approximately 10 minutes over boiling water and serve.
Microwave:
Remove from freezer. do not defrost remove the wrapper.
Put it in microwave (900 W), sprinkle with water and put a cup of water together.
Heat at high power, cook for 1 minute and let it rest inside the microwave for 2 minutes.
It is advisable to consume within 5 minutes.
Deep Fry:
Heat oil 140°C.
Do not defrost, remove the wrapper. Cook for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Turn frequently to achieve even colour thoroughly.
Drain oil and serve.
